I like this painting a lot, as it represents a lot of my feelings
A lot of annoying things happening, so it was a good time remembering my childhood when painting this piece.

Took inspiration from my childhood, as I used to spend time on a roof of my old house, so much, sun often left me red.
I see that I never truly grew up, still a child inside, thats the way I want to live tho.
Still climbing roofs, still climbing trees, with no reason at all, why is it reason we are always in search for.
We need a reason to live, a reason to work, a reason for everything, and in a way, this search of reason comes as proof, that the child is still alive, and so is the curiosity left by that same child.
As a kid, fun was all the reason, as a adult, it no longer is sufficient enough, its almost as we forgot how to have fun at all, turning to alcohol and other drugs to make up for that.
What if I never left the rooftop? Perhaps that’s what I was trying to depict? The depicted person could also be you too. An adult, stuck on the rooftop.
Live now, the fun never died, and so the kid inside you. Find new rooftops, new memories, new fun.
