Been thinking a lot, about how we influence ourselves, by doing certain things, and how that same influence, can affect others too. This thought alone, pushes me to be a better, kinder person to my self, to take care of my self as well as I can.
With this painting I spent a lot of time, went thru a lot of errors, a lot of different colors, shapes, in the end this is what I stayed with, I think it depicts what I wanted to say pretty well.

There is not a lot that I understand about this painting, about the world depicted, disturbing me a little. I spent more time looking, staring at this painting, just trying to imagine discomfort, fear perhaps. All that time was not in vain. This world just feels so wrong, so distant, nothing makes sense.
The beings holding the lights don’t make sense, the trees aren’t making any sense too, I could hardly name something in this piece that would make sense. Still, that is the reason I love this painting, as well as fear it a bit, I fear the unknown, the uncertain.

Ran out of red, ran out of basically every color i usually like to use, decided to experiment a little, poured a lot of paint, got this cool looking abstract face i really like.
